I’m eager to support root-cause analysis, process optimization, customer support, and compliance with industry standards.

At Vertiv (Singapore) Holdings PTE. LTD. ROHQ, I monitor alarms and events, track incidents through resolution, and follow up on open cases.

I conduct parametric analysis and diagnostics, using equipment data trends to identify potential issues. I also assist junior engineers when needed.

I coordinate with customers, engineering, and product teams on incident updates and resolutions, and contribute insights to improve products and services.

Previously, at Canon Business Machines (Philippines) Inc., I evaluated product quality and used root-cause analysis to address recurring defects. I also conducted supplier audits and process evaluations to support compliance with quality standards.
