I've delivered AI-driven SaaS, fintech, healthcare, and public safety products at JAFTON, ScienceSoft, and Rapid Deploy. My work spans Python backend services, LLM orchestration, data pipelines, and cloud-native systems supporting millions of users.

At JAFTON, I built multi-tenant SaaS platforms and embedding-powered personalization features using LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, Cohere, and vector databases. I also designed reliable ML inference, analytics, and retrieval-augmented generation workflows on GCP and AWS.

Earlier, I built predictive healthcare and CRM systems, secure HIPAA-aligned workflows, and real-time Next-Gen 911 dispatch and GIS platforms. I enjoy taking AI capabilities from model and data design through deployment, observability, and performance optimization.
