At Aberdeen (Hanger), I designed and operationalized a SAFe-based transformation approach connecting enterprise strategy, Portfolio Epics, PI Planning, and ART execution. I introduced the Epic Writing Agent to 15 Product Managers, improving Epic quality by 80%.
I built the Epic Agent with Jira-facing capabilities and human approval safeguards, generating candidate Stories from Epics that had been missing in prior PI Plannings. I also led three PI Planning events with 200 participants each and trained more than 600 attendees.
At LPL Financial, I directed two Agile Release Trains spanning 18 teams and raised PI Objective completion to 95% across three consecutive program increments. I orchestrated four PI Planning events and drove more than 80 production deployments in line with regulatory and documentation standards.
At USAA, I published the PO/PM Growth Model and founded a mentorship program for Product Owners. Earlier, as a Naval Officer (Aviation), I led a 35-person team and commanded flight operations for 13 MH-53E helicopters.
