At Oaktree Capital Management, I built the IT governance program from the ground up and established and chaired the Change Advisory Board. I set intake standards, ran agendas and decision records, and tracked action items through follow-up; the program had no material audit findings across my tenure.
I also led Saviynt's identity governance rollout across more than 120 systems, cutting each access review cycle from three months to 21 days. I focused on making governance practical through developer enablement, documentation and working sessions, and led onshore and offshore teams in a matrix environment.
