I'm looking for opportunities to improve customer experience, strengthen banking operations, resolve customer issues, and lead service transformation through process improvement, compliance, data-driven reporting, and team development.

I'm improving customer experience at National Investment Bank PLC by strengthening complaints policy, streamlining First Contact Resolution, and helping implement a Complaint Management System aligned with Bank of Ghana consumer recourse guidelines.

Previously, I led ATM card transaction reconciliation and settlement at GCB Bank PLC / Capital Group Limited, improving resolution efficiency, resolving escalated complaints, and supporting regulatory compliance. My banking background also includes frontline personal banking, customer advisory, administrative support, training, and service transformation.
