I am looking for opportunities that allow me to leverage my extensive experience in instructional design and courseware development while fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

I am a retired Marine with over two decades of experience in courseware development and instructional design. My focus has been on creating computer-based and web-based training aimed at enhancing the knowledge, skills, and abilities of adult learners. Throughout my career, I have developed various training modules that incorporate self-paced, blended, and instructor-led methods, ensuring that learners meet the desired skill sets aligned with company objectives.

My experience includes coordinating with subject-matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and effective training materials. I have successfully led projects that involved developing flow diagrams, storyboards, and interactive learning modules, utilizing tools like Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline.
