What I'm looking for

I seek roles modernizing DOD training where I can design and develop interactive courseware, collaborate with SMEs, and deliver measurable learner outcomes.

I am an Instructional Systems Designer with over a decade developing interactive courseware and modernizing training for Department of Defense programs, including Navy Sailor 2025 and Air Force HH60W CRH courseware.

I conduct task and learning analysis workshops, develop validated learning objectives, and use ADDIE/PADDIE methodologies to design ILT, IMI, CBT, web- and mobile-based training. I collaborate with SMEs, graphic artists, and programmers to produce QA-adherent storyboards, on-screen lessons, and packaged deliverables.

I bring hands-on experience with authoring tools and platforms such as Articulate Storyline, MELD, Merge/Manage, AIM II/CPM/LOM, JIRA, and SharePoint Online, and I focus on moving training to the learner's point of need while meeting production timelines and interactivity targets.
