I want to work in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI / D&I) and anti-discrimination, with a focus on LGBTQ+ inclusion, neurodiversity, disability inclusion, gender equality and human rights. I take an intersectional approach and bring hands-on program coordination and facilitation experience.
DEI and human rights. As a DEI Crew Member at Wolt (2025–2026), I contributed to a neurodiversity-inclusive internal communications project: I ran an employee survey, edited employee stories for a company-wide awareness campaign (7 published) and co-created support materials for HR teams. I interned at the anti-trafficking NGO "Patvērums 'Drošā māja'" and led a student accessibility awareness action with Latvijas Neredzīgo biedrība. Certifications: Inclusive Mindset; Supporting Workers with Disabilities.
Coordination and facilitation. I co-organized Erasmus+ exchange hosting for ~90 participants and a two-week event for ~150 pupils, and coordinated community events with GreenFolks / YoungFolks LV. At MOT Latvija, I facilitate a three-year preventive youth program for a class of 21 students using participatory, workshop-based methods.
Background. At Wolt Latvija, I support customers, merchants and couriers across the Baltics and review flagged accounts for fraud risk. I also have a graphic design and illustration background, and I'm studying Social Work at the University of Latvia. I work in English, Latvian and Russian and am open to remote and hybrid roles in DEI, NGOs and people & culture teams.
