I’m a bilingual (English, French) research and administrative professional with a background in intercultural communication. I bring a proven ability to manage complex documentation, data, and financial workflows with strict attention to accuracy and regulatory compliance.

At Star Call, I managed and processed high volumes of sensitive billing data and documentation (including UB-04 and CMS-1500 forms), maintaining a 99%+ accuracy rate. I also served as the primary liaison with external insurance providers—resolving complex inquiries, negotiating payment details, and coordinating end-to-end client account processing across internal departments. Earlier, at the Press-Center of the Republic of Belarus, I conducted interviews, extracted key insights, and synthesized information to craft narratives and reports. I’m eager to apply my analytical and writing skills to support cutting-edge business case development at HBS Europe Research Center.
