Daphine Birech
@daphinebirech
Data Analyst who turns patient and customer data into clear reports, trends, and actionable insights.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Data Analyst focused on using statistical techniques and clear visualization/presentation to help organizations make better decisions. I aim to tackle “delicate challenges” that strengthen my competency and support long-term organizational goals.
At Avenue Health (2021–2023), I collected and entered patient data into worksheets, maintained databases for meaningful reporting, and analyzed information to identify trends and relations. I presented detailed reports to different departments to assess the success of current methods and used constructive feedback to tune and adjust analysis methods.
Previously, at Safaricom PLC (2020–2022), I handled high volumes of customer calls and chats while evaluating client needs and delivering top-notch service. I managed complaints calmly by providing solutions and options, and I also analyzed and reported product malfunctions while gathering user feedback to support improvements.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Pure Mathematics with a minor in Applied Statistics, where I performed advanced calculations to draw meaningful conclusions from data. I also supported Monitoring and Evaluation as a volunteer by distributing questionnaires, entering data using SPSS, and handing over summary findings, and I volunteered as a Nurse Assistant during a gap year to build empathy, attention to detail, and teamwork.
