What I'm looking for

I seek a role combining customer-facing responsibilities with opportunities to apply and grow data analysis skills in a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

I am a customer-focused retail professional with hands-on experience in cashiering, sales, and food service, currently studying Data Science. I combine reliable transaction handling and customer support with developing analytical skills.

At H&M I managed opening and closing procedures, operated the cash register, supported sales on the shop floor, and maintained brand presentation under fast-paced conditions. In a food service role I prepared products to standards, ran transactions, and kept hygiene and workstation readiness consistent.

I bring strong communication, time management, and responsibility to every role, plus practical proficiency in MS Office and POS systems. I speak Russian (C2), Ukrainian (C1), Polish (C1), English (B1), and am learning Italian (A1).

I am pursuing formal education in Data Science and Finance & Digital Technologies to transition into analytical work where I can apply logical thinking and developing data skills alongside my customer-facing experience.
