I’m looking for a role where I can utilize my education and skill sets to become a key contributor—focused on safety, thorough screening/investigation, and consistently delivering excellent customer service.

I’m an Airport Security Officer with 10+ years of experience providing safety-focused screening and professional, customer-centered service. In my current role, I operate security screening equipment—including X-ray machines, security mirrors, and handheld metal detectors—to ensure only properly credentialed employees pass through checkpoints.

I also excel at incident awareness and clear escalation. I report prohibited items, non-compliant employees, suspicious persons, and activities to the shift supervisor and on-site security personnel while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Before security, I built investigative and case-support expertise across public-sector roles. As a New York City Department of Corrections Investigator, I handled employment verifications, IG checks, and background checks using systems such as eJustice, IIS, IFCOM, and Webcrims, and I prepared reports, schedules, and disqualification-related documentation.

I bring a strong investigative toolkit and communication skills from related experience as a Claim Specialist and Job Opportunity Specialist, including evidence gathering, document analysis, surveillance support, and interviewing. I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University and maintain proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and LexisNexis.
