At Glean, I built parts of the permission-aware retrieval pipeline behind Glean’s AI Assistant and owned backend components of an AI agent action framework. After rollout, the framework’s typed action contracts, permission checks, retries, and idempotent execution reduced failed tool runs by 27%.
I also developed Python and Java services for retrieval, ranking, and context assembly, and built React and TypeScript experiences for Assistant and enterprise search. I established evaluation workflows that turned recurring retrieval and model failures into regression cases.
At Ellipsis Health, I built workflows for a voice-based behavioral-health platform and owned a clinician review workspace for transcripts and AI-generated assessments. I moved long-running speech processing to AWS SQS-backed workers, reducing incomplete or duplicate session processing by 34%; earlier, at ConnectWise, I developed backend functionality for its multi-tenant service-management platform.
