What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to lead and innovate in early childhood education, fostering a positive learning environment.

I am a dedicated early childhood educator with over seven years of experience in creating inclusive and developmentally appropriate learning environments. My journey in education has been marked by a commitment to curriculum planning, family engagement, and mentoring staff. I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Early Childhood Education, which I expect to complete by September 2025, with the goal of advancing into a leadership role.

Throughout my career, I have held lead teacher positions at various institutions, including Columbia Kinder College and LifeWise STL. My experience has equipped me with the skills necessary to foster a nurturing and effective learning atmosphere. I believe in the importance of culturally responsive teaching and social-emotional learning, which are integral to my teaching philosophy. I am passionate about supporting the growth and development of young children and collaborating with families to ensure their success.
