What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine technical support with engineering/quality problem-solving—owning troubleshooting, documentation, and continuous improvement. I want a team that values clear processes, customer outcomes, and compliance.

I’m a technical support and engineering professional who bridges customer-facing problem solving with industrial operations know-how. In my current role, I provide phone and email support for technical inquiries, diagnose and resolve product-related issues, guide troubleshooting and maintenance steps, and document cases accurately in the internal CRM—while collaborating to escalate complex issues.

Previously, I managed engineering & maintenance work in regulated environments, ensuring safety, hygiene, environmental compliance, and cGMP quality for technical equipment. I plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance activities, keep technical documentation current (P&ID flow diagrams, zone maps, layout plans), and maintain equipment and spare-part data in SAP; I also execute GMP-compliant change management and lead projects to optimize operational performance. I’ve worked extensively with process monitoring (DeltaV), and with quality systems through non-conformances and continuous improvement using TrackWise (CAPA, COC), plus FMEA, RCA, and OEE.
