At Helloprint, I architected and delivered Quotifyer with one other developer, taking a multi-agent quotation system into daily production. It replaced a manual process that took 30 minutes to several hours per quote with runs of a few minutes, and automated quote rate grew from 1.3% to more than 23% week-on-week.
I designed hybrid retrieval over product metadata and ReAct-style agent loops that reformulate weak queries, call tools and APIs, and route uncertain cases to a person. I also separated LLM interpretation from deterministic pricing and validation, and made quality, latency and token cost visible with production tracing and regression tests.
Before Helloprint, I built analysis pipelines at the Cabinet Office and researched UK energy-market data at Lower 48 Energy, informing site bids and acquisitions. At Ciadana Healthcare, I automated reporting and customer segmentation; my work across energy, government and healthcare built my grounding in statistical modelling and messy real-world data.
