I analyze requirements to identify test conditions, risks, and potential defects. I document, track, retest, and triage defects in Jira while participating in UAT cycles and Agile team activities.
At HCL Technologies / Microsoft, I tested Windows and Xbox products and participated in CERT to verify retail release requirements. I led BVT cycles, coordinated test execution, and supported team members as QA Lead.
I also prepared quality reports, risk assessments, and testing dashboards, and coordinated testing requests related to billing processes. Earlier, at Bill Gosling Outsourcing, I handled customer cases involving financial accounts, claims, and fraudulent activity.
