As a Property Manager for 3007 S. Elm LLC, I've advertised vacancies, toured units, screened applicants, negotiated leases, and managed renewals and move-outs.

I handle rent collection, security deposits, tenant concerns, disputes, eviction proceedings, inspections, and repair coordination. I also hire and supervise on-site contractors while ensuring compliance with local housing laws and safety codes.

I've created operating budgets, tracked income and expenses, and reported to property owners. I bring customer service, team leadership, communication, de-escalation, and practical problem-solving to fast-paced work.
