What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can manage operational workflows, maintain clean CRM and performance reporting, and partner with stakeholders to drive retention and measurable results—while bringing a structured, learner-centered approach to continuous improvement.

I’m an Administrative & Operations Specialist with a background in Education Services and K–12 teaching. I manage end-to-end stakeholder engagement workflows, keep detailed Salesforce CRM records, and support customer success and retention through timely pipeline follow-ups.

I also handle user accounts, permissions, and security roles across Canvas and Google Workspace, while collaborating on sales enablement initiatives like proposal development and client-facing documentation. In my Education Services leadership role, I maintained structured data systems for compliance and accuracy, and I tracked user activity and engagement data to improve outcomes.

In the classroom, I designed and delivered standards-aligned learning content and implemented personalized learning approaches to boost participation, retention, and overall user satisfaction. I bring analytical attention to detail, learner-centered thinking, and strong cross-functional communication to every operation I support.
