What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise AI strategy, clinical machine-learning deployment, predictive analytics, and responsible AI governance in regulated healthcare environments.

At WVU Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute, I built the first enterprise AI roadmap and shipped 8+ production clinical machine-learning models across addiction, pain, and cognitive impairment cohorts. My models achieved 95.52% accuracy for anxiety, 96.74% for depression, and 98.5% for cravings prediction.

I launched a 22-dashboard clinical analytics platform used daily by addiction, pain, and athletics teams for real-time patient monitoring, intervention triggering, and treatment personalization. I also partnered with C-suite leadership to secure a West Virginia state grant to scale the platform statewide and grew the data science function from 2 to 10 scientists.

I advise executive teams on AI roadmaps, governance, predictive analytics, cloud strategy, and responsible enterprise adoption. At NurseVetted, I’m building an AI governance framework spanning HIPAA, HITECH, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and IRB requirements.
