What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Behaviorist role where I can leverage my doctoral training, coaching experience, and data-driven assessment/intervention planning to improve individual behavioral outcomes in an evidence-based, collaborative environment.

As a doctoral psychology candidate with a background in behavioral assessment and intervention planning, I am seeking a position as a Behaviorist to leverage my academic and practical experience. My work as a life coach and previous role at The Arc of Hunterdon County have honed my data-driven decision-making and empathetic listening skills.

In compliance and risk roles I guided and supported junior-level analysts, conducted transactional and contract compliance audits, and performed quality control reviews. I led KPI development and root-cause analysis that contributed to a 25% decrease in reported incidents and increased regulatory compliance by 30%.

I hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a BBA (Dean's List, 3.7 GPA), and I bring strengths in behavioral assessment, data collection and statistical analysis, research, and intervention planning.
