Danielle Erika Arce

I am a Registered Psychometrician and a Licensed Professional Teacher with a strong passion for psychology, education, and youth development. I currently serve as a faculty member in the College of Liberal Arts at the University of Saint Anthony, where I teach psychology, and I also worked as a pre-school teacher aide at Lighthouse Baptist Academy of Iriga City.

I am currently pursuing a Master of Psychology major in Counseling Psychology at Ateneo de Naga University, as part of my commitment to deepening my expertise in mental health and counseling. Over the years, I have been actively involved in facilitating seminars and workshops focused on mental health awareness, youth empowerment, and child protection.

As a youth leader, I have extensive experience in managing events, working closely with executives, and coordinating with various agencies. I am highly detail-oriented and committed to ensuring that programs and initiatives are organized, impactful, and responsive to community needs.

Beyond my professional roles, I am deeply engaged in community and youth leadership. I serve in various organizations, including as President of the Arriba Iriga Youthnified Association Fedration, Trustee of EZER Foundation, Inc., and Secretary of the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines - San Andres Chapter. Through these roles, I strive to inspire, support, and empower young individuals while promoting psychological well-being within the community.

Alongside education, I hold a Certified Human Resource Associate credential, which adds a structured, people-centered approach to how I support programs and teams. I bring professionalism, initiative, and teamwork—whether serving in school-related capacities or taking on leadership roles in youth and community organizations.
