What I'm looking for

I am seeking a clinical laboratory role where I can apply my senior-level diagnostic skills, lead teams, maintain quality standards, and continue professional growth in a safety-focused environment.

I am a detail-oriented Registered Medical Technologist with five years of hands-on experience in secondary clinical laboratory settings, including three years serving as Senior/Acting Chief Medical Technologist. I perform Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Clinical Microscopy, Serology, phlebotomy for pediatric and geriatric patients, manual peripheral blood smear interpretation, routine urinalysis and fecalysis, and operate semi-automated chemistry analyzers.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and active professional licensure (PRC Registered Medical Technologist). I have completed Biosafety, Biosecurity, and Biorisk Management training and can also support administrative duties such as reception and result encoding while maintaining laboratory quality standards and team leadership.
