I’m a detail-oriented and certified Medical Technologist with almost 2 years of experience in laboratory settings, specializing in hematology, blood banking, and chemistry. I focus on performing complex, accurate testing while adhering to safety standards to support top-tier patient care.

In my Registered Medical Technologist role, I performed complex stat and routine tests across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood banking. I implemented QC procedures, monitored control samples, documented deviations, and used Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) to report results efficiently to pathologists and nursing staff.

I’m also experienced with automated instrumentation maintenance and LIS data management to support consistent quality control. I take laboratory procedures seriously—examining specimens, maintaining performance records, performing quality control testing, and communicating clearly to help prevent errors.

As a Medtech Intern, I built strong working relationships with coworkers and co-interns to communicate well and avoid errors. My training also includes PPE donning and doffing and topics like medical technology ethics and rapid antigen/RT-PCR specimen collection, storage, and transportation.
