What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting innovative cosmetic products from formulation and regulatory alignment through pilot scale-up and large-scale manufacturing.

At Ruby Rose, I lead R&D projects for makeup galenics including lipsticks, mascara, concealer, foundation, powders, blush, highlighter, eyeliner, primer, and brow wax.

I take products from marketing briefs through physico-chemical, sensory, and stability evaluation to pilot and large-scale manufacturing. I coordinate production in Istanbul, packaging compatibility work with China, and texture and shade validation with the Brazilian marketing team.

Previously at L'Oréal, I formulated lipsticks with natural pigments and evaluated color performance, stability, and physicochemical properties. I also developed a database to optimize daily analysis.

My chemical engineering double degree from UFSCar and Chimie ParisTech supports my work across cosmetic formulation, regulatory affairs, product safety, and innovation. I enjoy supporting products from concept to scale-up.
