My career spans over 20 years in Information Technology, evolving from a hands-on IT Technician into a specialized Senior MDM/Endpoint Engineer and Team Lead. For the past five years, my focus has been on mastering Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), primarily within the Apple ecosystem, while also maintaining fluency with cross-platform tools like Microsoft Intune and Hexnode.

Key Experience and Achievements:

• MDM Implementation: Proven expert in implementing and administering MDM solutions (Jamf Pro, Mosyle Business & MSP) for a wide range of clients, from SMBs to large enterprises, ensuring compliance for fleets up to 1,000+ devices.

• Automation & Efficiency: Successfully developed custom Bash scripts and automated workflows for provisioning and patching, leading to a 40% reduction in unplanned downtime and significantly streamlining user onboarding processes, especially for remote/hybrid workforces.

• Leadership and Mentorship: At Webhelp, I served as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for IT operations, where I built and mentored technical teams. This involved redesigning and streamlining processes to absorb hundreds of new hires per wave seamlessly, focusing on efficient scale.
