Daniel Colonia Roncancio

I've delivered architectural design, interior design, and high-end 3D visualization for Cocora Lab, Eje Arquitectura, ESA Arquitectura, and WAM Digital. My work spans residential, commercial, office, retail, hospitality, educational, and interior projects from 20m² to more than 2,000m².

At Cocora Lab, I produce photorealistic models and visualizations while coordinating architectural projects, international clients, and remote deliverables. At ESA Arquitectura, I supported concept development, construction detailing, budgeting, fieldwork, client assistance, and graphic presentation materials across multiple projects.

I also contributed 3D modelling and video editing to a regional project presented at Expo Dubai 2022, and helped strengthen project material published by ArchDaily. I designed and managed an architecture website whose visual content increased traffic by 10% in two months and generated new company projects.

My foundation in landscape, sustainable, and urban design includes leading a multidisciplinary international team to an Honourable Mention in the “Project, City and Landscape” workshop. I enjoy turning design concepts into clear visual communication while integrating sustainability, site analysis, and urban planning.
