What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can deliver photorealistic architectural visualization and solid architectural documentation for real estate teams—using real-time tools when possible, collaborating cross-functionally, and owning projects from concept to delivery.

I’m an Architectural Visualization Specialist and Architect who creates photorealistic, marketing-ready images that help real estate developers and construction companies present and sell projects. My work centers on translating design intent into clear visual storytelling, backed by accurate models and technical documentation.

Most recently, at NETKEL INMOBILIARIA, I produced hyperrealistic images for real estate launches and delivered marketing renders for residential and mixed-use projects. I used Chaos Vantage to deliver real-time, high-quality visualizations and collaborated closely with marketing and design teams to communicate project value effectively.

Previously, I advanced from Architectural Assistant to Architect and Architectural Designer—designing residential and multifamily projects, creating plans and 3D models, and preparing technical documentation and construction details. I manage workflows from concept to delivery and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to ensure quality and compliance.
