I consulted for a Global consulting company working in the development of an internal software. I was responsible on defining and prioritizing the backlog; had to ensure that all the necessary ceremonies were in place to run the agile methodology; participated in the discovery with the design team for the development of new features.

I worked on the migration of the Telecine streaming platform to Globoplay, being responsible for the phase out of the Telecine platform and the migration of the subscriber base, migration over 1500 movies and their assets; alignment with the Customer Experience team and construction of a new FAQ; alignment with Globoplay team to ensure existing functionality on the old platform exists on the new

I coordinate the publication of editorial content on Telecine streaming on pre-defined dates. I analyze and study the movies, plan actions and creative strategies to optimize content and engage the audience. Responsible for producing quality control reports for the area. Currently dedicated to the development of product improvements, focusing on discovery and consumption experience on SVOD content

Ensure the execution and control of the processes and activities of the Production area regarding the extra editorial content material for movies within the Telecine streaming. Produce programs for the break on TV; social media such as youtube, facebook, instagram, and institutional videos. Produce reports and dashboards for the Production area, in order to ensure the effectiveness of the work.
