As a Process Automation Engineer at Singapore Airlines, I have successfully automated daily stock report generation using Python and Excel macros, reducing processing time from 15 minutes to under 2 minutes and saving approximately 2 hours weekly. My role involves streamlining monthly invoice verification, which has cut down around 8 hours of manual work each month through custom Python scripts for data cross-checking. I take pride in developing web scraping tools that extract real-time data from vendor portals, enhancing accuracy and minimizing manual input errors.

In addition to my automation efforts, I have deployed Power Automate workflows to schedule and execute recurring tasks, improving consistency and operational reliability. As the sole automation lead in my office, I have designed, built, and maintained all solutions supporting both local and global teams. Currently, I am integrating Power BI dashboards and preparing for UiPath implementations to further scale our process automation initiatives.
