As a retail manager, I oversee the sale of my original art, including prints, stickers, and shirts. I also create and sell handmade jewelry at events and through my online store, managing all aspects of stock, sales, and production.

As a case manager, I engaged, educated, and communicated with seriously mentally ill adults and their families, coordinating their care with various providers. I implemented individual treatment plans, recorded patient behavior, and provided a safe, supportive environment.

Provided quality customer service and ensured guest satisfaction for return visits. I maintained a clean environment for guests to ensure safety and satisfaction.

Supervised the ASU Design Lab, assisting students with technical issues and providing ideas for projects such as building programs and robots. I also assisted with school events, teaching kids how to use virtual and augmented reality.

Co-coordinated events such as job and volunteer fairs, promoting marketing initiatives through social networking sites and flyers. I developed marketing programs including logos, posters, and handouts using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.

Listened to and accurately captured respondent answers while recording information, obtaining knowledge of the military that was published in the library for congress in Arizona. I interviewed Veterans for the Veterans Heritage Project to create awareness for people that served in the United States military.

Answered customer calls in a professional manner, providing answers, taking messages, and transferring calls. I greeted individuals entering the establishment, determined the nature and purpose of their visit, and directed or escorted them to specific destinations.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. This program focuses on understanding human behavior and mental processes.

Completed an Associate of Arts in Psychology, providing foundational knowledge in psychological principles. This degree prepared for further studies in the field.
