I am a dedicated IT Support Engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology. My professional journey has equipped me with extensive experience in network administration, system configuration, and project management. I thrive in dynamic environments and am committed to delivering quality solutions that meet business objectives.

Throughout my career, I have completed multiple internships and field practices, gaining hands-on experience in troubleshooting network security issues, configuring Cisco routers and switches, and maintaining IT infrastructure. My recent role at Computer Center Tanzania Limited has further honed my skills in installation and configuration of network devices, as well as preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
