What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT role where I can deliver hands-on support, troubleshoot networks reliably, administer systems, and help teams succeed—while also contributing to clear user training and effective digital communication.

I’m a Tanzanian Swahili speaker with strong proficiency in spoken and written Swahili, and I bring that same precision to my IT work—supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and communicating clearly across teams. With a BSc in ICT (Mediated Content Development), I’m comfortable bridging technology with content, training, and accurate documentation.

Across multiple roles, I’ve handled IT support and helpdesk operations, including troubleshooting computer hardware/software issues, configuring printers/routers/network devices, deploying and maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring stable connectivity. In my current Executive IT Support role at Spiro Mobility Solutions, I provide IT security awareness training and help staff across departments with reliable internet access and continuous support.

I also manage systems and digital presence end-to-end—administering hospital information systems, installing/upgrading software, designing advertising and promotional materials, and running digital marketing campaigns via Facebook, Instagram, and Google. From web design and development to remote ICT duties and networking security internship experience, I consistently focus on improving staff efficiency through best ICT practices and well-prepared monthly, quarterly, and yearly IT reports.
