I’m an environmental professional with an MSc in Sustainability Studies and solid experience in EU environmental regulation, biosafety compliance, and urban environmental management. I focus on interpreting and applying EU legislation, then turning requirements into structured, audit-ready documentation.

As an Environmental Compliance & Urban Sustainability Officer at Gheorgheni Municipality, I monitor and evaluate urban environmental systems—green spaces, stormwater management, water supply, and district heating infrastructure. I ensure compliance with environmental sustainability standards and local regulatory frameworks while producing technical reports on environmental performance and infrastructure impact.

I also serve as an Environmental & Biosafety Regulatory Specialist (GMO Unit) at the National Environmental Protection Agency (NEPA), where I evaluated compliance of GMO-related activities under EU biosafety legislation. I produced structured technical assessments and regulatory documentation, participated in EU-level meetings in Brussels, and contributed to implementation of the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety.

Beyond regulation, I coordinate sustainability workstreams and EU-funded deliverables, including RRF projects. I’m especially drawn to roles involving environmental data analysis, ESG research, regulatory compliance analysis, and technically rigorous content assessment.
