I’m a motivated and hardworking candidate with a background in hotel management and real experience in guest and customer support. I enjoy connecting with people and turning every conversation into a positive experience.

Through my craft course in Hotel Management, I built a strong foundation for service, communication, and customer-focused work. I use my “communication skills” and “customer handling” to engage confidently and respond effectively on calls.

In my work experience, I supported hotel service operations and guest handling at The Park Hotel, Chennai for 6 months. I also handled customer service and supported restaurant operations at Vivaha Bhojanambu, Tirupati for 2 years—strengthening my ability to manage inquiries smoothly.
