At the Louisiana Department of Insurance, I manage procurement activities, supplier relationships, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, inventory controls, and vendor records through LaGov ECC and SRM.
I coordinate with accounting, legal, IT, vendors, and internal teams to keep products and services moving, resolve supply discrepancies, and ensure purchases comply with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Previously, I supported material management, inventory audits, status reporting, special projects, and cross-department communication as an Administrative Coordinator 4. I also spent 11 years as an Assistant Manager at Linda’s Chicken & Fish, supervising daily operations, schedules, supplies, customer service, and cash handling.
