What I'm looking for

I'm looking to relocate to Hawaiʻi and contribute to infrastructure, land-use, and community planning work where I can combine project delivery, GIS analysis, stakeholder engagement, and practical urban-development experience.

I've delivered more than 750 housing renovation projects at Solutions Property Services, coordinating contractors, suppliers, clients, permitting agencies, and property developers and managers across Texas and Oklahoma.

I managed end-to-end project delivery, from tender review and subcontractor negotiations to proposals, budgets, site visits, permits, reporting, invoicing, and cash-flow and ROI models. My projects averaged a 63% profit margin and 82% on-time delivery.

During my field research internship with UN-Habitat in Nairobi, I researched sustainable infrastructure upgrades in Mathare and Kibera. I used QGIS and Tableau to analyze spatial, investment, and stakeholder data, including insights from more than 350 stakeholder interviews.

I’ve recently completed an MSc in Strategic Urban Planning in Rotterdam and want to bring my project management and spatial planning skills to someone looking to improve the built environment in a just and sustainable way for the future.
