What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring my organization, problem-solving, client relations, and logistics coordination skills to a telecom dispatch role that improves service delivery and customer satisfaction.

I've supported high-volume client service at JPMorgan Chase, handling transactions, scheduling, service requests, and accessibility-aware communication for diverse customers.

At Kadampa Meditation Center, I coordinated community events from registration and venue setup through vendor coordination and on-site guest support. I trained volunteers and helped deliver events that generated nearly $15,000 in revenue.
