What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design, test, and release practical mechanical systems in a multidisciplinary, production-focused environment, with opportunities to solve manufacturability challenges, collaborate with suppliers, and improve reliable, cost-effective products.

At Agsol Limited, I design and release jigs, fixtures, gauges, mechanical assemblies, IoT monitoring enclosures, and LFP battery sheet-metal enclosures for production. My CAD and GD&T work reduced rework costs by over 50%.

I validate designs through FEA, tolerance analysis, and FDM and resin prototypes, then adapt them to supplier and localization constraints for manufacturing in China. I also develop BOMs, BOQs, SOPs, IQC checklists, packaging solutions, and production drawings that improved repeatability and reduced material waste by 40%.

Through work with Toyota Mobility Foundation's Songa E-mobility and Tynwald Fabricators, I've designed mechanical subsystems and automotive components, repaired hydraulic and electrical equipment, and built agricultural processing and packaging machinery. I bring practical experience in CAD, DFM/DFA, rotating equipment, prototyping, supplier coordination, and quality control.
