I’m a hands-on Mechanical Engineer building capability across industrial operations, mechanical systems design, maintenance, and process optimization. I’ve developed strong practical experience keeping material-handling equipment running efficiently while supporting safe, compliant operations.

In my current Graduate Trainee role in bulk material handling, I perform preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance on conveyors, bucket elevators, bearings, motors, gearboxes, slide gates, aspiration systems, and bagging plants. I use IFS CMMS to raise work orders, log failures, track maintenance history, and manage spare parts.

Previously, as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at a high-throughput industrial plant, I supported maintenance on conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pumps, pneumatic systems, and processing equipment. I used SAP to manage work orders, schedule maintenance, and generate plant performance reports, while contributing to Forecast Improvement, 5S, and Visual Management initiatives.

I also supported SCADA system monitoring for process control and asset performance tracking. With CAD and analysis tools like SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, ANSYS (FEA), and MATLAB, I’m motivated to keep improving reliability, uptime, and safety through structured reporting and continuous improvement.
