At Capgemini, I’ve worked as a Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer across banking and insurance projects, including BNPPF, Iqera, ANAH, and Macif.
For BNPPF, I supported a new squad’s Agile practices and tracked dependencies involving more than 15 external squads and multiple clusters. I also supported feature roadmap construction and release follow-up.
At Macif, I helped teams plan their increments, provided SAFe training, and contributed to the Lean Agile Center of Excellence. I also improved Jira board processes and workflows.
At DeutscheBank, I managed payment and card processes and served as Product Owner for Webadmin2, an internal tool for branches. Earlier, I managed IT projects for Fortuneo and Keytrade Bank, including work on risk assessment models and fraud detection system integration.
