I'm a Licensed Vocational Nurse with seven years of experience delivering direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining accurate documentation.

At Claremont Heights Post Acute, I care for an average of 30+ residents, complete daily assessments, support admissions, transfers, discharges, appointments, and surgical preparation. I administer controlled narcotics and insulin, educate residents and responsible parties on discharge instructions, and coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team.

Previously at Maxim Health, I provided one-on-one home health care, patient and family teaching, ROM support, and safety precautions including aspiration, fall, seizure, bleeding, oxygen, and sharps safety.

I've also supported wound treatment for acute and chronic conditions, including vascular, arterial, and diabetic ulcers, using aseptic techniques and dressing applications. I'm fluent in English and Spanish and licensed to work in California and Texas.
