As a Purchasing Projects Intern at BOSCH (August 2025–present), I led a supplier change initiative focused on cost optimization, achieving a 41% cost reduction. I manage after-sales materials reactivation to support demand, ensuring product availability and supply continuity.

I coordinate cross-functional activities between suppliers and internal departments, and I lead tracking and follow-up of sourcing projects to keep milestones, schedules, and critical deadlines on track. I also manage procurement documentation, including RFQs, quotations, invoices, technical specifications, and purchase orders.

Earlier, as a Logistics Intern at QUALA (January 2025–July 2025), I supported inventory control and material management to maintain product availability and minimize supply disruptions. I followed up on purchase orders and supplier lead times for on-time deliveries, collaborated with production and warehouse teams for material planning, and tracked logistics performance indicators and inventory metrics to support data-driven decisions.
