In my most recent role as a Procurement Officer, I sourced and negotiated with local and international suppliers, issued and managed purchase orders for timely delivery, and maintained procurement records with policy compliance. I also monitored supplier performance, resolved procurement issues, and worked closely with production, finance, and quality control departments.

Earlier, as a Receiving Clerk and Procurement and Stores Intern, I verified incoming goods against invoices and delivery notes, inspected for shortages, damage, and quality issues, and updated inventory records while supporting stock audits. I supported purchasing activities like preparing purchase requisitions, sourcing quotations, and reconciling deliveries—strengthening accuracy, documentation, and day-to-day stock control.
