What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex data, identity, governance, and cross-platform implementation work where privacy, compliance, and stakeholder trust are central to the outcome.

I've delivered end-to-end IAM and PAM implementations for more than 65 enterprise, government, and federal/DoD-adjacent organizations through XMS Solutions.

I lead requirements validation, data audits, phased migration planning, and multi-vendor integrations across BeyondTrust, Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Quest, SailPoint, and AWS. My work includes FedRAMP-scoped projects and CMMC Level 2 environments where privacy, compliance, and governed systems of record matter.

I also build trust across sensitive data contexts, from AI rollout planning and stress testing to community partnerships supporting foster care and family preservation.
