I helped open the York location by building inventory systems and compliance workflows from the ground up. I maintain cannabis regulatory compliance through product tagging, chain-of-custody documentation, audit readiness, and procedure updates.

Previously at WellSpan Health - York Hospital, I started the first Meds-to-Beds program in the Outpatient Pharmacy, improving the patient discharge experience and increasing pharmacy revenue. I also filled and compounded orders, verified supplier orders, and maintained HIPAA compliance.

My background also includes patient transport, equipment and supply tracking, safety protocols, customer education, and cross-functional teamwork.
