At General Mazniashvili Youth Legion, I designed and operate a self-hosted TAK platform over WireGuard for 30+ devices. It became the only comms channel when radios failed, and supported three live operations with zero server outages.
I also built a Python and Flask enrollment portal that provisions an account, VPN peer, and signed certificate package in one step. My experience spans networking, VoIP, and IT support, including deploying event networks for the Government Special Communications Agency and supporting clinical and administrative staff at Inghorokva Clinic.
