I've designed an AI Operations Copilot that turns unstructured community conversations into structured workflows, including issue classification, duplicate detection, status checks, and human-in-the-loop decisions. I authored its PRD, MVP scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, validation experiments, success metrics, and go-to-market planning.

For MEDI-LIN-Q, I consulted doctors and patients, defined the MVP and role-based workflows, and built the hospital-management backend with Django REST Framework, REST APIs, and PostgreSQL. I also co-authored research on stochastic graph neural networks for geopolitical shocks in global supply chains.
