At California State University, East Bay, I reviewed and synthesized literature on cultural, geographic, and structural conditions related to international human trafficking. I used a grounded theory approach to explore patterns among countries of origin and destination.

For Youth Program Research in Bloomington, I conducted on-site interviews about a program serving adjudicated youth and prepared written research reports. In an impaired driving study in Oakland, I collected observational data at bars and nightlife establishments, including patron counts and demographic details.

At Samsung, I developed a site acquisition workflow, identified bottlenecks, and supported process improvements. I tracked purchase orders, invoices, and vendor payments, and coordinated vendor and cross-team approvals.

At Ericsson, I processed purchase orders, prepared daily reports, and supported site acquisition and construction managers. I also maintained documentation and assisted with project closeout packages.
