In client-facing roles at Fenix Consultancy and Paradise Valley Spas, I managed service interactions, customer accounts, records, and inquiries. As a Program Leader at Boys & Girls Clubs of San Mateo, I coordinated structured activities for youth and collaborated with staff in a community-focused environment.
